What they have in the store, may be fine, but be careful ordering a quarter or a half a beef. We ordered a half, & got really lousy ground meat. Very fatty, 65/35 @ best, included visual pieces of artery! Called 3x to complain, last conversation was with Joe Palumbo who was rude, & refused to do anything about it. Was told "I have a good business here, 1 person bad mouthing me , ain't gonna make no difference." Then was hung up on...your choice, someone you would want to do business with? Won't make that mistake again!!
